Local two-member group enjoys recent success
The band Silverghost was named by the bass player’s son. They draw influence from Gary Numan and groups such as Suicide, The Gun Club, Electric Light Orchestra, and Devo. Starting with demos using Apple’s GarageBand software, they have already toured from coast to coast. Silverghost was well-received with what Deleano Acevedo recalls as massive crowd cheers and post-intoxicated hugs. Acevedo doubles as a vocalist and keyboardist while currently attending Wayne State.
