Medical doctor named sole finalist for WSU presidency
Dr. Jay Noren's selection still to be approved by Board of Governors
Speculations on Wayne State's next president were put to rest on May 8 after the University of Nebraska's Dr. Jay Noren was named as the sole finalist for the job.
Noren (pronounced nor-een) was pegged as the possible successor to outgoing WSU President Irvin D. Reid, who announced his resignation in the fall of 2007.
