Mantra Yoga Club performs

The president of the Mantra Yoga Club, Nandan Garg, opened the festival by presenting a demonstration on how sound affects people's well-being. Garg played clips from bands Slayer and Metallica in order to show how heavy metal music is "anxiety inducing." However, some students would argue that it depends on the listener. All were invited to learn more about meditation and vegetarian cooking at the weekly meetings, which are held on Friday afternoons in the Student Center.
